WebQuests

All WebQuests are due on the dates and by the times specified on the Daily Schedule.

1. Networked Computers and CPAs: a short-term WebQuest in which learners examine how networked computers affect CPAs and accountants.

2. Ethics, Fraud, & Internal Controls: a short-term WebQuest in which learners examine how ethics and fraud affect CPAs and accountants.

3. Sarbanes-Oxley (Regulatory Compliance): a short-term WebQuest in which learners review the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and examine its implications

4. Return on Investment- a short-term WebQuest in which learners study the art and science of calculating the return on investment on and total cost of ownership of IT projects.

5. Disaster Recovery: a short-term WebQuest in which learners examine the policies, procedures, and practices of disaster recovery.

6. Security: a short-term WebQuest in which learners study information security and its importance in accounting by referring to various web-based articles.

7. eBusiness Regulation and Taxation- a short-term WebQuest in which learners examine how networked computers are affecting legislators and regulators.

Assurance Services in the Information Age: a short-term WebQuest in which learners examine how networked computers provide new opportunities for client service by CPAs.
