The following identifies the criteria that I will use to grade the communications assignments in my courses. The percentages assigned to each criteria will change as necessary and appropriate for any given learning task. Generally, these criteria come from, Effective Writing: A Handbook for Accountants, by Claire B. May and Gordon S. May (7th edition, Pearson Prentice Hall, ISBN 0-13-149681-6).
